• Your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

1. SERVICE ENGAGEMENT

The scope of services shall be defined through proposals, quotations, project agreements, statements of work, email communications, invoices, or other written documentation provided by AMZ Publishing Groups.

Each project is unique and may contain specific terms, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and pricing structures that supplement these Terms.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed agreement, the executed agreement shall prevail.

 

1. FEES AND PAYMENT

All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with services purchased from AMZ Publishing Groups.

Payment obligations may include:

1. REFUNDS

Refund eligibility is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Because many services involve custom professional work, refunds may be limited once project work has commenced.

 

1. CLIENT MATERIALS

Clients retain ownership of materials they provide to AMZ Publishing Groups, subject to any rights necessary for us to perform contracted services.

By submitting content, manuscripts, images, trademarks, logos, marketing materials, or other assets, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the materials or possess necessary permissions.
• The materials do not infringe third-party rights.
• The materials do not violate applicable laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMZ Publishing Groups from claims arising from materials supplied by you.

 

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all proprietary processes, methodologies, frameworks, templates, systems, internal documentation, marketing strategies, software, website content, branding materials, and business assets developed or owned by AMZ Publishing Groups remain the exclusive property of AMZ Publishing Groups.

Ownership of final project deliverables shall be governed by the applicable service agreement.

Where revision rounds are included within a service package, such revisions shall be provided in accordance with the agreed project scope.

Requests beyond the included revision allotment may incur additional charges.

Publishing, advertising, branding, publicity, and marketing outcomes depend upon numerous external factors beyond our control.

Accordingly, AMZ Publishing Groups does not guarantee:

• Bestseller status
• Sales performance
• Revenue generation
• Audience growth
• Ranking positions
• Media placements
• Publicity coverage
• Business opportunities
• Publishing acceptance by third parties

Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or historical results are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future outcomes.

 

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain services may involve third-party platforms, distributors, advertising networks, software providers, marketplaces, printers, retailers, or publishing channels.

AMZ Publishing Groups is not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, service interruptions, pricing changes, or operational decisions of third parties.
