RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: 06/01/2026
AMZ Publishing Groups is committed to maintaining transparent business practices and delivering professional publishing, branding, marketing, editorial, and related creative services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which cancellations, refunds, credits, and service adjustments may be requested or granted.
By engaging AMZ Publishing Groups, submitting payment, executing a service agreement, or otherwise purchasing services through our website or representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Policy.
-
NATURE OF OUR SERVICES
AMZ Publishing Groups provides professional services that are customized to the unique needs, objectives, and materials of each client. Unlike physical retail products, many of our services involve the allocation of personnel, creative resources, project planning, consultations, editorial review, research, design work, publishing support, marketing strategy, and other professional efforts that begin shortly after project initiation.
Because these services are customized and frequently involve work performed prior to final delivery, refund eligibility may be limited once a project has commenced.
-
CLIENT SATISFACTION
We value long-term client relationships and strive to address concerns promptly and professionally. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of a project, we encourage direct communication with our team before requesting cancellation or refund consideration.
In many cases, concerns can be resolved through reasonable revisions, clarification of project scope, supplemental consultation, or other mutually agreed solutions.
-
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice to AMZ Publishing Groups.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the status of the project at the time the request is received.
Because project resources are allocated upon engagement, cancellation does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.
-
REFUND ELIGIBILITY PRIOR TO PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
A client may be eligible for a partial or full refund if a cancellation request is received before any substantial work has commenced.
For purposes of this Policy, substantial work may include, but is not limited to:
• Project onboarding
• Strategic consultations
• Editorial assessments
• Research activities
• Design preparation
• Marketing planning
• Manuscript review
• Resource allocation
• Internal project development
Once substantial work has begun, refund eligibility may be reduced or eliminated depending on the services already performed.
-
REFUND ELIGIBILITY AFTER PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
After work has commenced, refunds are generally not available for completed work, time expended, consultations conducted, intellectual contributions provided, strategic planning performed, or project resources already allocated.
However, AMZ Publishing Groups reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis and may, at its sole discretion, provide:
• Partial refunds
• Service credits
• Alternative service arrangements
• Project modifications
• Goodwill accommodations
Nothing in this section shall obligate AMZ Publishing Groups to provide a refund where services have already been rendered.
-
COMPLETED SERVICES
Once a service, project phase, consultation, deliverable, manuscript review, editorial service, design service, publishing service, or marketing service has been completed and delivered, such services shall generally be considered non-refundable.
Professional services are deemed earned upon performance and are not contingent upon subjective outcomes, commercial performance, publication results, sales volume, rankings, reviews, media exposure, advertising performance, or other external factors beyond our reasonable control.
-
REVISIONS AND CORRECTIONS
Where revisions are included within the purchased service package, clients shall be entitled to the revisions expressly identified in their service agreement or project proposal.
Requests exceeding the agreed revision scope may require additional fees.
Refunds will not ordinarily be granted solely because a client elects not to utilize available revision opportunities.
-
PUBLISHING SERVICES
Publishing outcomes are influenced by numerous variables, including market conditions, audience preferences, distribution platforms, industry trends, author participation, advertising budgets, and third-party policies.
Accordingly, AMZ Publishing Groups does not guarantee:
• Bestseller status
• Specific sales figures
• Revenue generation
• Media coverage
• Ranking placement
• Publishing acceptance by third parties
• Literary awards
• Commercial success
Refund requests based solely upon the absence of these outcomes will generally not qualify for approval.
-
MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL SERVICES
Marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional services involve variables beyond the direct control of AMZ Publishing Groups.
While we endeavor to provide professional strategy, implementation, and campaign management, we cannot guarantee specific traffic levels, lead generation, conversion rates, audience growth, engagement metrics, sales results, rankings, publicity placements, or financial outcomes.
Accordingly, marketing-related services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
-
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, requested materials, approvals, feedback, and project-related content in a timely manner.
Delays, project interruptions, or performance issues arising from a client's failure to provide required materials or approvals shall not constitute grounds for refund.
-
ABANDONED OR INACTIVE PROJECTS
Projects that remain inactive due to prolonged client non-responsiveness may be suspended or closed after reasonable notice.
Fees paid for services already rendered shall remain non-refundable.
Any future reactivation of an inactive project may require additional administrative or production fees.
-
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback, payment reversal, or financial dispute.
In the event of a chargeback, AMZ Publishing Groups reserves the right to provide supporting documentation, project records, correspondence, service agreements, approvals, deliverables, and evidence of work performed to the applicable financial institution or dispute resolution provider.
-
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
AMZ Publishing Groups recognizes that extraordinary situations may arise.
Refund requests involving documented exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually by management. Any accommodation granted under such circumstances shall not constitute a waiver of this Policy or establish precedent for future requests.
-
PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING A REFUND REQUEST
To request review of a refund matter, clients should submit a written request containing:
• Full name
• Project or order reference number
• Contact information
• Description of the issue
• Relevant supporting documentation
Requests should be submitted within a reasonable period following the event giving rise to the concern.
-
OUR COMMITMENT TO FAIR RESOLUTION
AMZ Publishing Groups is committed to handling concerns fairly, professionally, and in good faith. Our objective is not merely to complete projects, but to maintain productive relationships built on transparency, accountability, and mutual respect.
We review all concerns carefully and endeavor to reach practical resolutions whenever possible while recognizing the professional nature of the services provided.
-
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
AMZ Publishing Groups reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Questions regarding this Policy may be directed to our client services team using the contact information provided on our website.
